Hamilton Grammar School - Botany Project
Welcome to the Botany Project at Hamilton Grammar School, Hamilton, Scotland.

This is a study of the wild plants that grow in the grounds of the school.

As you pass in the street and see the front entrance, you may be unaware of the botanically rich areas that lie beyond. We trust that this website will enable you to enjoy this with us.

Our study of the school's flora was launched in the summer of 2001.

Over 80 species were identified in the first season.
